We believe learning is most effective when participants have the opportunity to practice their skills, ask questions, and build confidence. With classes offered in both English and Spanish, we are committed to making training accessible while helping every student feel prepared for real-world success.
Our Story
Why A New Day Began
A New Day Training Center began after recognizing a need for Personal Care Attendants to receive more meaningful, hands-on training. We wanted to create a place where PCAs could do more than complete a required class—they could practice the skills they would use while caring for others and leave feeling confident and prepared. We also recognized the need for quality training in both English and Spanish, so more members of our community could have access to the same opportunities. That vision became A New Day Training Center—a place where learning is personal, practical, and supportive.

Our Team
Jordan | PCA & CPR Instructor
Jordan specializes in PCA training and is passionate about helping caregivers develop the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to provide safe and compassionate care. Her hands-on teaching approach focuses on real-world situations, helping students feel comfortable and prepared for the responsibilities of caregiving.
Jordan is also a certified CPR instructor and provides students with the essential lifesaving skills needed to recognize and respond confidently in an emergency.
Noel | CPR Instructor
Noel is a dedicated bilingual CPR instructor who provides classes in both English and Spanish. He is passionate about helping students build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to respond effectively in an emergency.
With a hands-on and supportive teaching approach, Noel makes CPR training practical, engaging, and easy to understand. He creates a welcoming environment where every student feels comfortable asking questions, practicing lifesaving skills, and leaving class feeling confident and prepared.
