Process fingerprint-based criminal history checks through Nevada’s Central Repository and, when authorized, the FBI. These background checks are commonly used for healthcare and home-care employees, childcare workers, nurses, foster and adoptive parents, transportation applicants, manufactured-housing applicants, contractors, concealed-carry permits, and other employment or licensing purposes.

Processes Level 2 fingerprint-based background checks using Florida and FBI criminal history records. Results are sent directly to the authorized Florida agency or requesting organization.

Use this link if you are not paying the license fee through your Human Resources Department: Nevada Gaming Control Board Fingerprints Staff must register online and pay the license fee online before they may be fingerprinted. A fingerprint receipt will be emailed to you. If you cannot bring in the emailed fingerprint receipt, we are happy to print it for you. A New Day Training Center is an approved vendor for the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

 The purpose of the Private Investigators Licensing Board is to license private investigators, private patrolmen, process servers, repossessors, dog handlers, security consultants, polygraph examiners and interns. 

 If fingerprints are required, the applicant is required to submit a complete set of their fingerprints by filling out form TA322: Fingerprint Request Form (Only available from the Taxi Authority office)and taking it to an approved vendor where they will forward the fingerprints to the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation to ascertain whether the applicant has a criminal record, and the nature of any such record. The cost of the fingerprints is to be paid for by the applicant. The applicant must also fill out and sign the NV Dept. of Public Safety fingerprint background waiver form.
